Support Coordination
Support Coordinators help take the stress out of organising your supports. That can include mainstream, funded and government disability services. Support Coordination also help you better understand the My Aged Care and how to use it.
TrueCourse Supports Coordinators take an individual, person-centred approach when we work with you. We take time to get to know you, your needs and your goals. Your Support Coordinator will then work with you to put in place the supports and services you need.
