Terms and Conditions:
Late Return: A late charge of $20 will apply for each hour the vehicle is returned beyond the agreed-upon time. The maximum charge for late return is equal to one day’s rental.
Insurance: The insurance excess is $3,000.00, which can be reduced to $0 by paying an additional $50.00 per day.
Kilometer Allowance: Our wheelchair vehicle hire plans include the first 200 kilometers per day free of charge. Additional kilometers will be charged at 25 cents per kilometer.
Booking: All rentals must be booked in advance, with a minimum notice period of 48 hours. Please note that weekend pick-up or returns are not available due to our operation hours.
Pickup and Return Information:
Our pickup and return location is conveniently located at our premises in St Marys, NSW. For your convenience, we can arrange pick-up and return via truck at an additional cost, available for rentals exceeding 7 days. Please note that the full wheelchair vehicle hire amount must be paid before delivery. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or EFTPOS in person.
Responsibilities:
Fines and Infringements: In case of receiving a fine or infringement notice during the rental period, it is the responsibility of the hirer to pay the fine. Toll fines will be charged to your credit card.
Accidents and Breakdowns: While we strive to provide a reliable service, please note that we may not be able to supply another rental wheelchair van in case of an accident or breakdown, as we have a limited number of rental vehicles available.
Driver Requirements: The driver of the hired wheelchair van must be 25 years of age or older, with an open (non-L or P) and valid (current) driver’s license. The driver must have held a valid license for a minimum of one year, with at least two years of driving experience.
Fuel: The wheelchair vehicle for rent must have a full tank of fuel upon return.
